2019: A Year of Big Changes and New Beginnings
Moving to a new place can be exciting, but it can also be
stressful. When I found out that I had to move from my old apartment in
Jakarta, I was a little overwhelmed. The landlady had given us very short
notice and I wasn't sure where we would find a new place to live.
After a lot of searching, I was able to find a new apartment
in the suburbs of Cipayung, Ciputat. It wasn't exactly what I had in mind, but
it was available and it seemed like it would be a decent place to live.
At first, I was a little disappointed. The apartment wasn't
as nice as my old place and it wasn't in a very convenient location. But I tried
to focus on the positive aspects of the move. The suburbs were much quieter and
more peaceful than the city, and I was able to wake up to the sound of birds
chirping instead of the hustle and bustle of city traffic.
Although the move wasn't exactly what I had planned, I tried
to make the most of it. I surrounded myself with things that brought me joy and
tried to create a sense of home in my new space. It wasn't perfect, but it was
still a place where I felt happy and at peace.
