Resep Mudah & Sehat Fettuccini | Easy & Healthy Fettuccine Recipe


Apa yang ada di benak kamu kalau mendengar kata pasta? Apa, Pasta gigi? Bukan, kita gak akan ngebahas pasta yang ini. tapi pasta yang lain. Ya, pasta yang berhubungan dengan makanan dari negeri si empunya salah satu keajaiban dunia; Menara Miring Pisa; Italia.
What is Pasta?
What comes to your mind when you heard a word pasta? What, a toothpaste? No,  we are not going to discuss about that paste, but the other paste. Yep, a pasta related to food coming from the owner of one of the seven wonders of the medieval world Pisa Leaning Tower; Italy.
Jadi, pasta adalah jenis makanan olahan dari Italia yang terbuat dari terigu, telur, dan garam. Dibuat menjadi beberapa bentuk, kemudian direbus dan siap dimasak dan disajikan sesuai selera.
So, pasta is a type of processed foods from Italy made of flour, eggs, and salt. Made into several shapes, then boiled and ready to be cooked and served to your liking.
Ditinjau dari etimologi (asal-usul kata), pasta berasal dari Bahasa Italia yang artinya bahan makanan. Untuk arti yang lebih umum, paste (Bahasa Inggris) berarti: campuran / adonan.
In terms of etymology (word origins), pasta from Italy, means the food ingredients. For more general meaning, paste (English) means: mixture / dough.

Bentuk pasta ini  seperti tabung atau silinder panjang, lebih mirip mie kita di Indonesia.

Pasta yang ukurannya mirip macaroni tapi berbentuk lurus dan ujungnya tajam/lancip.
A similar sized- pasta with macaroni but straight-shaped and sharp/pointed edges.

·         Karena terbuat dari gandum murni /maida  à berlemak, berkalori, bersodium, berpengawet tinggi (mie instant) à mempengaruhi metabolism / gangguan pencernaan.
Because it is made from pure wheat / maida à high fat content, high calorie, high sodium content, lots of preservatives (instant noodles) à affects metabolism / indigestion.
·         Karena mengandung lemak jenuh, bila dikonsumsi berelebihan à ↑ kadar kolesterol dalam darah à diabetes tipe 2 & serangan jantung.
because it contains saturated fats, when consumed excessively à ↑ cholesterol levels in the blood à Type 2 diabetes & heart attack.

Apakah Pasta Sehat?
Berdasarkan paparan di atas, dibandingkan mie, pasta lebih sehat. Atau segak-gaknya feeling guilty habis makan pasta gak sebesar kalau habis makan mie (instant).
Is Pasta Healthy?
Based on the above exposure, compared to noodles, pasta is healthier. Or at least feeling guilty after eating pasta is not as big as after eating noodles (instant).

Cara Memasak Pasta  Degan Mudah Dan Sehat (Resep Pasta):
How to Cook Pasta Easily & Healthily (Pasta’s Recipe)
Bahan:
Ingredients:
·         Pasta Fettuccini (gue pake Fettuccini La Fonte, 225g à cukup untuk 2 orang)
Fettuccini Pasta ( I used La Fonte Fettuccini Pasta, 225g à enough to feed 2 people)
·         Minyak goreng / mentega untuk menumis
Cooking oil / margarine to sauté
·         Untuk saos:
For the sauce:
Ø  3 buah tomat (sesuai selera)
3 tomatoes (as you like)
Ø  6 siung bawang putih (sesuai selera, gue suka banget bawang putih, jadi suka banyak bawang putih)
6 cloves of garlic (as you like, I like garlic so much, so I am pretty generous with the garlic)
Ø  1 buah bawang bombay (kalau ukuran besar, cukup setengahnya)
1 piece of onion (if it’s large size, just use the half of it)
Ø  Cabai / merica / perasa pedas / sesuai selera
Cabbage/any vegetables as you like (I used purple cabbage)
Ø  Garam
Salt
Ø  Daun-daun herbal: daun mint/daun bawang/daun ketumbar (gue pake daun mint)
The leaves of herbs: mint leaves / spring onions’ / coriander’s (I use mint leave)
Cara Membuat:
How to Make it:
·         Rebus pasta hingga matang (“al dente”) dengan air yang sudah diberi garam & sedikit minyak goreng agar pasta ada rasa dan tidak lengket.
Boil the pasta until it’s cooked ("al dente") with water that has been given a pinch of salt & a little bit cooking oil to add flavor to the pasta and not sticky.
Once cooked, to avoid further cooking process so that the pasta is not mushy, rinse / soak the pasta with cold water, and then set aside.
·         Rebus tomat sampai kira-kira kulitnya bisa dikupas, kemudian haluskan.
Boil the tomatoes until the skin can be peeled, then puree them.
·         Rajang bawang putih, bawang Bombay, Kol Ungu
Chop the garlic, onions, purple cabbage
·         Tumis bawang putih, bawang Bombay …
Sautee the garlic, onions ..
·         Setelah wangi dan berwarna kecoklatan, masukkan cabai/merica/perasa pedas, tomat, lalu rajangan kol ungu…
After it smelled fragrant and it colored golden brown, stir in chili / pepper / spicy flavorings, pureed tomatoes, and chopped purple cabbage ...
·         Aduk2 sampai rata …
Stir until it’s all mixed up …
·         Kemudian campurkan  fettucinni ..
And then add up the fettuccini pasta …
·         Tambahkan garam sesuai selera …
Add up some salt as you like …
·         Terakhir taburkan rajangan daun mint segar…
Last, sprinkle tearing up of fresh mint leaves…
·         Tada … Fettuccini siap disajikan dan mari makan …
Voila … Fettuccini is ready to be served and let’s dig in …
